They did a really solid job. They protected the walls and floors before getting started, and honestly, oh, and they checked everything over afterward too. There was one tiny scuff, barely noticeable, but they owned up to it right away and took responsibility. Good service overall

I was a little nervous because we just touched up the paint in the hallway not too long ago, and my floors show every little mark. But they were really careful and protected everything before getting started. No scuffs, no mess, nothing for me to clean up afterward. i really appreciated that.

The machines looked decent, so I figured they’d do a better job, but a few spots still stayed damp afterward. The products smelled fine, and from how everything came across, I assumed it would be a deeper clean than it was. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, just not quite what I was hoping for.

The grout did come out looking really clean, so I’m happy with the end result. I’ll admit though, after I paid I felt a bit unsure and worried that something might be off, but the work itself turned out fine.

Okay, so the first cleaning didn’t go as expected, which was a little frustrating because when you book a cleaning, you just want it done right the first time, you know? But to their credit, they came back the very next day and fixed everything without making it a whole ordeal. No back-and-forth nonsense, no excuses, just showed up and made it right. Had Stanley Steemer come out to clean our carpets, and I was kind of confused at first because there were a few stains I was sure were just permanently part of the carpet at this point. The technician was great though. He explained what they were, how he was going to treat them, and somehow actually got them looking so much better. He didn’t rush, answered all my random questions, and even gave me a couple tips for keeping the high traffic areas cleaner. I wasn’t expecting the carpet to look this good, so I’m really happy with how the visit went.

I called ahead to make sure everything would be okay, and thankfully there weren’t any issues. I always feel like if I don’t double-check things myself, something will go wrong and I’ll be the one stuck dealing with it, so it was a relief that it all worked out this time.

Just a warning if you’re planning to use the rooms soon after: some areas took almost the whole day to fully dry, which was longer than I expected. Still a solid service, just make sure you plan around the drying time...

My discount didn’t apply right away, which was frustrating at first. Customer support did end up fixing it, so I’m glad it got sorted out, but the whole process felt a little impersonal, like I was just another ticket number instead of an actual customer

Booking online was easy and didn’t take much time at all. I liked being able to see the available times and just pick the one that fit my schedule. I randomly remember I was eating a handful of pretzels while doing it, so clearly it wasn’t too stressful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the confirmation took a little longer than I expected, but everything worked out fine in the end.

I booked Stanley Steemer after my living room carpet was getting rough from the kids and our dog. The guys showed up on time and started right away. I wasn't thinking those darker spots would came out, but most of them actually did. The carpet dried good and it feels a lot cleaner now. I’d use them again.
